Processing Time:

It takes 3-5 business days to process and ship your order once the customer has paid.

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. It can take up to 2 business days until our shipping carrier provides you with the tracking information for the standard shipment after your order is being processed. If you order more than one product, it is possible that your order arrives in multiple shipments depending on the availability of the product and location. 

For our used products, pick up is available in one of our warehouses in Czech Republic. Please contact us via email at: info@maximiners for more information.

When receiving the product, please make sure that all accessories related to the product are included in the package. In case of any damage during shipment, please keep the carton/box in order for exchange. The customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier in the event of a damage during the shipment.
